Small-parcel shipments: the Standard weighs 7.7 lbs and the XL 11.2 lbs, and both fold flat. Returns: 30 calendar days from receipt — unused gets a full refund; used or opened gets a refund minus diminished value, and you cover return postage.
Sweaty Yeti (outdoor saunas)
Built in Utah and shipped as a modular structure. Delivery within 250 miles is included in the listed prices. Beyond that, and for on-site install equipment rentals, expect added cost — these are not included. Plan delivery access (an 8×17-foot unit needs real clearance), placement, and power early. We won’t quote you a delivery date the brand hasn’t given us.
Clearlight (infrared saunas & plunge)
The brand lists free shipping on its saunas. At 450 lbs (Sanctuary 2) to 765 lbs (Outdoor 2), these arrive as freight — confirm placement, doorway clearances, and electrical (dedicated 20A for the Sanctuary 2, 240V for the Outdoor 2) before delivery day.
